 MRS Accredited Masters Prize
The winner of the 2007 Prize is Susan Edwards-Aisuebeogun. Susan is a certified accountant with 6 years business experience in Nigeria before coming to the UK, and has worked across industry sectors from banking to aviation. She also manages her own clothing and African-America art business.
Her dissertation is entitled "Understanding Customer Experience and Its Impact within the Hotel Sector".
What the judges said:
The panel felt the dissertation was well-structured and well-argued, with the literature intelligently comparing and evaluating different perspectives and studies. The rationale for the design is strong and the findings are actionable. It is written in an accessible style.
