An R-Net event
They say you should never take the advice of someone who has not had your kind of trouble, so R-Net is gathering five senior industry panellists who have been where you are to pass on the best piece of guidance they have ever had themselves and tell you how it has shaped their careers and how it can help you succeed in yours.
Who's giving the advice?
John Griffiths, a research meta-guru and communications planner with over a quarter of a century's experience. Read his interview in the Research Heroes series here.
James Holden, Director of Audiences for the BBC. In over 10 years at the BBC, he has worked in and led teams across TV, Radio, Online, and Mobile platforms.
Chris Paxton, MD of TLE, the international insights and strategy consultancy with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, New York and London.
Clare Phillips, who has spent the last decade advising broadcasters on brands, most recently at Channel 4 where she led the research and insight team.
Jon Priest, CEO of SPA Future Thinking. You can read about Jon's career highs and lows in his interview with Research-live here.
We also want to hear the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given. Send your pearls of wisdom to networking@mrs.org.uk and we’ll give a bottle of Champagne to the best one chosen on the night. We will share your advice on the R-Net blog after the event.
Time: 6:00 to 8:30pm
