Business Intelligence Group (BIG)


BIG is an independent group affiliated to MRS. It exists to provide a focal point for business-to-business (b2b) researchers to meet, exchange ideas and network.

Back to Black? Prospects for B2B Research - 19-21 May 2010
Venue: the Marriott St.Pierre Hotel in Chepstow.
BIG conference 2010 will be showcasing the best in B2B thinking and research. Now in its 16th year the BIG conference has a reputation for quality content in a convivial setting. This year the conference will tackle the future of B2B research as we continue to deal with the global economic situation. It’ll be asking what’s changed … for businesses, for customers and for the world of research more generally?

2009: B2B Research - New Dimensions
The theme was the changing context of business markets and the wider information mix. Questions will include the nature of B2B decision-making, changing economic patterns, technology and what research can learn from sister disciplines.
