Workshop update, March 2004 - employment law:
rolling up holiday pay
Field Conference 2003 addressed the legal issues surrounding the
practice of rolling up holiday pay and how, at that time, case law stated
that this was unlawful. Subsequent case law has since overturned this
ruling. At a half-day Field Seminar (March 2004) delegates were updated
on the latest developments, with market research organisations being
advised that it was once again deemed acceptable to roll up holiday
pay with each wage payment. Further
