Market Research Benevolent Association

MRBAThe Market Research Benevolent Association (MRBA) helps those who work, or have worked, in market research in any capacity. Founded in 1977, it has provided financial help and support to hundreds of people from all sectors of the market research industry who have fallen on hard times through being sick, bereaved, injured or afflicted by other misfortunes.

If at any time you feel that you, or anyone you know, might benefit from the help that the MRBA can provide, call 0845 652 0303.

And remember that if you are working or have worked in market research, you can contact the MRBA with the assurance that....

  • All enquiries are treated as wholly confidential – you need have no fear of your identity and concerns being revealed to anyone outside the small team of dedicated advisers and managers working for the MRBA
  • The MRBA not only provides help to market researchers of all kinds, but also their immediate families and dependents

You do not have to be a member of the Market Research Society to receive help from the MRBA.

Further support from the MRBA

The MRBA now offers a further service, designed to provide advice on matters of personal or financial concern. This new Helpline service is provided by NABS (the marketing communications industry’s support and information service), and can be reached by calling the MRBA telephone number.

So, anytime you need help or advice, just call 0845 652 0303 either to apply for financial assistance from the MRBA, or to get other advice courtesy of NABS.

You need not worry that your enquiry may seem temporary or trivial to those you contact – they are concerned only to provide relevant advice, help identify actions to be taken, and restore your peace of mind for the future.
