Madeleine is the Marketing Information Manager at ScottishPower. She gave a presentation on the process by which ScottishPower has gone from measuring customer satisfaction without a great deal of resulting action, to a new and innovative method which provides the means for ScottishPower to listen and act upon the voice of the customer thereby helping to effectively drive business decisions.
