Following a career as a B2B market researcher at Research International, Frances ventured in a new direction by gaining her Certificate in Training Practice. Still with Research International, she became one of their Senior Learning and Development Consultants, providing learning programmes and events both in the UK and across the globe.
In January 2006, Frances became an independent training and coaching consultant, working for market research agencies, the MRS and other business organisations, as well as clients such as West Midlands Police and local authorities.
Join Frances for an interactive, practical and down-to-earth introduction into the dark of time management.
