The Marketing and Sales Standards Setting Board

The Marketing and Sales Standards Setting Board (MSSSB) has produced national Standards in Marketing and Sales, which aim to help the marketing and sales community.

The MSSSB, accredited by the DfES, has been working since 2001 to establish these comprehensive national marketing and sales standards. MRS is a participant in the MSSSB Steering Group which produced the standards.

The standards are designed not only to guide educational course and qualification construction, but also to provide the basis for job descriptions, appraisals and personal development programmes in marketing and sales organisations.
