Interviewer Identity (IID) CardThe IID Card provides respondents with the means to verify the legitimacy of an interviewer conducting market research. How does an interviewer gain the trust from a respondent? Of course the skill of the interviewer is key, but this can be reinforced by something as simple as showing a genuine ID card from the industry's professional body.
