Presentation Skills
Effective client presentation delivery skills

Objective

This course enables you to:

  • increase your skills and confidence in delivering client presentations.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, delegates should:

  • understand:
    • the key principles of an effective, client-focused presentation
    • the importance of body language and voice in effective presentations
  • be able to:
    • deliver a presentation of research findings that focuses on the business issues and not the research process
    • confidently deliver a presentation that they have not designed themselves
    • analyse their own personal strengths and development needs

This highly practical workshop offers several chances to stand and deliver, as well as receive immediate and actionable feedback, in a ‘safe’ environment (including one-to-one tuition from the trainer).

Who will benefit?

This course will benefit anyone, however senior, in a client-facing role who would like to improve their personal (as well as their company’s) impact at presentations. The course is suitable for both ‘beginners’ and the more experienced who are looking for a refresher.
