Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, delegates should have an effective practical understanding of:

  • the use of basic statistical techniques to calculate confidence intervals and significance tests
  • key multivariate techniques, including:
    • factor analysis
    • cluster analysis
    • regression – CHAID – and correspondence analysis
