Tina, a researcher and planner, is principal of The Planning Shop and an NLP Master and Trainer. NLP has inspired the development of a number of robust yet flexible research skills and techniques (mainly qualitative) and Tina uses NLP to bring out the best in the brands, people and teams with whom she works.

She is sharply focused on transferring NLP skills to fellow professionals through MRS, as well as directly to research agencies, consultancies and client companies.

She recently completed a project modelling the skills of excellent moderators in the UK and has been passing on the findings at MRS and QRCA conferences at home and abroad.
