- understand how to use stimulus materials for maximum effectiveness
- manage more advanced stimulus materials effectively
- understand the principles of the effective use of projective techniques
- be able to use a range of projective techniques more effectively, including:
- personification
- role playing
- psycho drawing
- guided fantasy

Sue is a Director at CSR. She spent many years as a Planner at JWT and McCann Erickson in her native New York before being tempted across to the UK.
