These courses provide delegates with an introduction to the world of market and social research along with some of the techniques and processes underpinning effective research. They combine presentations with practical skills development.

Designed for research practitioners and buyers with typically 3-12 months’ experience, these courses give hands-on opportunities to develop the core skills needed to plan and carry out effective research.

These courses offer researchers with 1-2 years’ experience the opportunity to develop a greater depth of insight and analysis of research practice and to examine the use of research at a more strategic level.

More experienced researchers, generally in research for around 3 years, will be encouraged to explore and discuss new and/or specialised approaches in sessions that impact on the business decision-making process.
