Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, delegates should have an effective practical understanding of:

the use of basic statistical techniques to calculate confidence intervals and significance tests
key multivariate techniques, including:
- factor analysis
- cluster analysis
- regression – CHAID – and correspondence analysis
