The Market Research Society (MRS) Operations
awards, which recognise excellence in the field of market research
operations, were presented last night in London, with GfK and Cobalt Sky
among the winners.
GfK was the recipient of the award for best training and development, while Cobalt Sky received the award for operational excellence.
Other award winners were:
• Best data collection (face to face): Jump Research
• Best data collection (online): ICM Direct
• Best data collection (telephone): QRS Market Research
• Best data solution: Populus data solutions
• Best support services: CrowdLab
• Best viewing facility: The Research House
