The 10th April Masterclass will be focused on examining research projects.

Transparent Research Projects will discuss best practice in different types of research projects and cover rights of data subjects. It will cover how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and Legitimate Interest Assessments and Research Scenarios (Big Data/Social Media Research) using the research exemption and more. 

Registration is at 9:30am.

Michelle is responsible for promoting and protecting MRS quality standards.
A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, she received her Ph.D. in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada in 2011 and has a wealth of experience in consumer market regulation and research gained in a range of academic, policy and enforcement roles over the last 20 years.
