This session looks at how you can shape your writing to achieve the results you need.

It guides you through the key principles of effective writing, and helps you to identify how you can adapt your own writing style to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Good writing lies at the heart of market research. From project documents and business correspondence through to research reports and articles, everything we write is designed to elicit a response from our readers. However, at a time when everyone receives so much written information, how can you make sure that your document is the one that will have an impact on the reader?

The session is highly practical. You will be examining the key features of texts to see how they work, and you will have the opportunity to apply these principles to your own writing.

  • Adapting a text to meet the needs of different audiences
