The MRS Operations Network's next meeting is on Tuesday 2 April from 6:30PM. The event is FREE for any Company Partner employees with an interest in Operations.

Join us for an informative and fun evening with the opportunity for you to gain tips and advice on how to write an Oppies award entry from the Chair of the judging panel, Penny Steele. Also you will hear from some of the winners of the 2018 MRS Operations Awards, who will be presenting their award winning case studies. Please see the list of finalists here.

It will be a great time to catch up with your peers and see the brand new MRS Training Suite!

The meeting will be held in the 4th floor training suite at MRS, 15 Northburgh Street, London EC1V 0JR. A map is available below.

Penny Steele is the Managing Director of Steele Fieldworks Ltd, a recruitment and fieldwork agency
She has over 30 years’ experience of fieldwork and project management. In 2005 Penny became Chairman of the IQCS Council and has responsibility for minimum fieldwork standards and their annual Quality Awards. Penny is also the IQCS representative on the Market Research Quality Standards Advisory Board and its role is to develop and maintain minimum standards for market, social and opinion research, data collection and data processing in the UK. She is a Fellow of the Market Research Society.
Currently, she is involved with the MRS/AQR Recruiter Accreditation Scheme Working Party. Since the first Awards in 2015, Penny has chaired the MRS Operations Awards Judging panel. Previously Penny has served on the AQR Committee, the MRS Accredited Interviewer Training scheme and the Respondent Interviewer Interface committee.


Associate Director - QRS Research
James joined QRS in 2011 in a graduate position and has progressed into a senior management role. Having worked across all areas of the business, James now specialises in managing telephone and online quantitative projects.
David has risen through the ranks at QRS over the last decade and has accomplished every new challenge, before becoming Director in 2014. David has a flair for technology, a passion for ideas and a desire to maintain QRS as a leader in the field of data collection.

Associate Director – Walnut Unlimited
Becky combines her background in psychology with neuroscience techniques to discover new, deeper human insights for her clients. This often involves developing and applying innovative solutions underpinned by science such as fMRI, EEG and Reaction time testing to market research and combining them with traditional methodologies.
