This evening we’re going to take a tour of the client landscape, highlighting the top needs that clients have, and will have, of agency people. These are the ‘client truths’, truths that will enable conversations to get started, and to develop stronger ongoing relationships that make agencies the go-to partners of choice.

Based on a series of client interviews conducted in 2014/15, we’ll hear about:

  • When’s the best time NOT to make that new business phone call?
  • As the client’s point of contact, how do you build trust and become a true partner in their business?
