A model of thinking

Overview:

As behavioural economics has become more embedded in the world of research, so too have the questions that are asked of it. There’s lots of talk of BE as a methodology or of it spawning new methodologies, but should it be seen as a holistic approach? A way of thinking that transcends every aspect of a project regardless of sector or brief? Caroline Hayter believes BE has come of age, and it needs to be thought of as a model of thinking rather than a series of methods and tools.

In the first of a series of events for members in Northern England this year which will be sponsored by Join the Dots, Caroline will expand on her well-received Viewpoint piece for IJMR and encourage researchers to embrace BE in all its glory and have the confidence to walk the talk.

Time: 6:30-7.30pm, followed by drinks and networking
