Getting to the heart of the C21st consumer

In an extension of his award-nominated presentation from Impact 2016, the MRS Annual Conference, Nick Gadsby will take the idea that new technology is fundamentally changing the minds and behaviours of consumers and explain why we need to recognise this if we are to use new technology and methods in the optimum way. He'll include some case studies from brands he’s recently worked with.

Speaker:

Nick Gadsby is founder of The Answer and has over 16 years of experience applying innovative and productive research methods in commercial research.

He has worked on global projects for multinationals like P&G and Mondelez and is a well known presenter on the conference circuit, being nominated for Best Presentation at the past two MRS Annual Conferences.

Nick is an anthropologist and uses his expert understanding of how culture shapes human nature to develop the most accurate and effective insights on consumer culture.
