Sorting out team challenges is difficult and complicated, and the training of members and leaders in the theories and best practice of team building creates awareness, communication bridges, and provides tools for overcoming the inevitable conflicts that arise. It is also quite valuable for team members because the experiential learning, style awareness (using FourSight), and personal strategies for being a better team player are hard to learn “on the job. This course provides a risk free way to learn to be both a better team member and/or leader. The course would also be of value to facilitator and internal corporate trainers who work with or instruct teams.
