MRS is proud to have launched It’s Good to Talk; a new initiative offering a safe, informal space for MRS Members to share how they tackle and feel about issues that affect so many of us. These aren’t webinars. There’ll be no speeches or panels. Just a chance to talk.
Our Good to Talk sessions are facilitated by members of the MRS Mentor cohort, including those with lived experience of the topics. We know there are plenty of online resources and LinkedIn threads, but we believe in the power of real-time, personal conversation to support each other in new and meaningful ways.

Facilitated by Chloe Fowler, FMRS and Judith Rose, FMRS, this session is about talking, not solutionising. It’s a space to connect with others going through or have gone through similar experiences.
If our first session taught us anything, it’s that showing up matters. Whether you have lived experience of menopause or simply want to discuss how to support colleagues better, your presence will make a difference. Together, we can continue building a culture where talking, and listening, are valued.
