Overview
This course enables you to refine and extend your existing range of techniques for moderating focus groups. It looks at how to structure groups, as well as the wide range of approaches to moderation – including using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to energise groups and meet the demands of client observation.

  • A wider range of options for planning and structuring focus groups
  • More effective listening skills for moderating focus groups
  • Greater confidence applying tools and techniques relevant to social and commercial research
  • A wider range of approaches to moderating

Who will benefit:
Moderators with experience of the qualitative process who wish to provide a broader opportunity to their clients. It is also relevant to clients who are used to working with qualitative projects and who wish to gain greater insight into the moderating process.
