The benefits and challenges of online panels and communities
How to set-up an online panel or community
Options for software, and resourcing an online panel or community (both in-house and externally)
Panellist and community member lifestage and best practice for engagement
How best to communicate with panellists and community members - usefulness of newsletters online forums etc
How to engage client-side stakeholders in a community model and complete the two-way relationship
Who will benefit?
The course will benefit people who are running/using a panel or community, in the process of setting one up, or are thinking about doing so.
We’ll focus primarily on case studies from the UK market (but will have some international case studies to share if requested) and will cover primarily client-based panels, both run internally and through 3rd parties (as opposed to access panels).
