I established Deep Blue Thinking in 2018 after over 25 years in the research industry.

I help clients by:-

- conducting high quality research with senior expertise throughout without the overheads associated with large agencies

- providing training to both agencies and clients to help them improve their insight capability

- extracting value out of existing data to maximise return on investment before commissioning new work either through analysis or expert facilitation

Experienced in the sports, gaming, retail, telecoms and technology sectors and in leveraging 20 years senior client-side experience to conduct interviews and workshops with board-level audiences worldwide.

Deep Blue Thinking nominated for MRS Awards

Deep Blue Thinking’s work has been recognised at the 2019 MRS Awards with a nomination in the ICG Award which recognises the contribution that independent consultants make to the research industry.


The judges recognised the use of agile sprints and immediate feedback to help the client make quick decisions. This project demonstrates the value of independent research, being open to using the right methodology and pooling the best resources for the job
