At Survey Solutions we help our clients to improve employee engagement and customer loyalty, increasing business success. Our tailored approach to employee opinion and appraisal surveys, 360 degree feedback programmes, customer loyalty surveys and consultancy solutions means we can meet our clients’ needs.   • We work in partnership with more than 50 clients every year in Employee Engagement. Our other services in 360 degree feedback and customer loyalty / satisfaction complement this work. Our flexible approach means we maintain an open dialogue, we give our clients guidance and options to consider, we respond quickly and we deliver what they need.

  • We provide an end-to-end service. We can work on employee engagement concepts with Senior Management teams, deliver post-survey training and change management, or provide a survey with simple reporting.

  • Our industry-leading, easy-to-use online survey results portals provide an impressive range of personalised reporting and analysis features, to enable clients to draw insight from their results and set / manage plans for action based on results

  • Examples of the additional support and consultancy that we can provide include:

    • Developing internal communication strategies and plans around your employee engagement programmes, covering pre-survey build-up and post-survey results communication and action planning

    • Conducting Focus Groups or 1-1 interviews with groups of employees, Managers or Directors, to get underneath specific issues, to gain a deeper view of opinions or to brainstorm action plans post-survey
