MRS Speaker Evenings and professional webinars feature inspiring experts, brands, agencies and business leaders. They showcase the latest thinking and approaches to research and business. We are now searching for the next exciting line-up for our 2020 series of events.

The perfect platforms for the latest perspective

Speaker Evenings bring together MRS members and non-members and normally comprise an hour’s presentation, questions and a networking session. This year featured popular topics such as storytelling, semiotics, neuroscience and transformative research.

MRS professional webinars offer a fast and engaging way to share knowledge, trends, concepts and practical ideas. They are one hour in format and regularly attract over 200 attendees.

“Running a Speaker Evening with MRS provided a great platform to showcase new thinking, meet some of the brightest minds in the insight industry, and to foster passionate and challenging debate. To be strongly recommended.”

Sam Knowles, Founder & MD, Insight Agents

“Our Speaker Evening on flexible working had a full audience, all of whom were fully engaged in the event. It was a brilliant evening with lots of questions and discussion. It was a perfect platform for sharing stories and ideas as well as making lots of new contacts within the industry."

Sinead Jefferies, Consultant, Watermelon

“It was a pleasure to speak at an MRS Speaker Evening  about the future of online communities. It was a very well and organised attended event, with some excellent discussion and questions on the night. I followed up with several people on LinkedIn afterwards."

Andy Buckley, Head of Client Solutions, Join the Dots InSites Consulting

"We were delighted to discuss the vital issue of low trust in sample quality at a Speaker Evening. The audience came from a wide range of backgrounds and we had an interesting debate on the current challenges faced by researchers when recruiting participants. It was a stimulating and enjoyable evening, and an excellent opportunity to raise the profile of Behavioural Recruitment within the industry."

Hugh Carling, Co-founder, Liveminds

“Contributing to the Speakers Evening has been a highlight. This is a unique forum to share an analysis in the warm and welcoming confines of the MRS member community. The feedback I received via the Q&A and through subsequent emails from those who attended have helped us identify and implement new ideas. I met many people that evening with a similar interest, and we've all been in touch since, so the evening had the further happy side effect of igniting a new like-minded network.”

Michael Brown, Head of Insight, UM
