Behavioural Science produces stories of extraordinary impact and we want to bring together first class examples of these at the MRS’s new Behavioural Science Summit.

We will take delegates on a journey of professional development where they can broaden their understanding of behavioural science, examine the potential of different tools and techniques and hear how to measure and extend the impact of their own initiatives.

We plan to:

  • deliver the latest thinking around consumer consciousness, decision making and implicit choice
  • shine the spotlight on a range of non-conscious research techniques
  • explore new opportunities and applications of behavioural science
  • examine how to bring together behavioural science and AI for optimal outcomes
  • analyse and learn from behaviour change initiatives which have had a  powerful impact
  • consider the ethics of using psychology to influence consumers, employees and citizens

We have just 10 sessions to fill at this brand new conference. Please let us know if you’d like to be considered for a:

  • 25 min thought piece – deliver new thought provoking, cultural, psychological and behavioural theories around consumer consciousness, decision making and implicit choice.
  • 25 min case study – share notable research on influencing and measuring  behaviour change which will excite our audience
  • Panel debate – suggest topics which will generate a stimulating discussion where a range of viewpoints can be represented

A quick note on our selection criteria:

With just 10 sessions available, we give priority to client side presenters / co-presenters, new hot-off-the-press research and projects using pioneering research techniques.

If you have an innovative research project, pioneering methodology or game-changing approach, and feel your topic would work in one of these formats, we would love to hear from you. Please submit a brief synopsis (approx. 200 words) for consideration by Monday 18th November to conference@mrs.org.uk.
