CX | UX | MR will challenge the siloed approach to insight and examine the pathways and benefits of bringing together three branches of insight generation to help organisations create the fullest picture of their customers and to ensure the voice of the customer informs every experiential touchpoint.

We are looking for submissions that:

  • Explore how best to bring together MR, CX and UX for a truly, customer centric approach to experience
  • Showcase real world examples of how organisations are combining MR, CX and UX to create a complete view of customers
  • Consider the challenges and opportunities of breaking down silos and combining different insight domains

If you’d like to lead a session at CX | UX | MR, please send in your suggestions for a:

CASE STUDY (30mins) - Share a research project in the MR, CX or UX domain which has delivered customer understanding and driven forward customer centric decision making.

NO SLIDES PANEL SESSION (30mins) - Convene and lead a panel discussion that will generate a stimulating debate around collaborative working and the similarities and differences in research aims across different insight led silos.

IN CONVERSATION WITH… (30mins) - Lead a one-to-one interview style session which brings together an agency and client to discuss a recent research challenge or a new approach that is being implemented. 

CLIENT THOUGHT PIECE (30mins) - Senior client-side insight leaders are invited to share their views on the challenges and opportunities for taking a more holistic approach to generating and implementing customer insight across organisations.

A quick note on our selection criteria:

With just 10 sessions available we give priority to client-side presenters / co-presenters, new hot-off-the-press research and projects using pioneering research techniques.

If you have a recent research project that you’d like to showcase or a conference session idea please submit a brief synopsis (approx. 200 words) for consideration by 11th November to conference@mrs.org.uk.
