Following our sell out 2018 conference, MRS is searching for 10 more outstanding contributions that will shape delegates’ understanding of financial services’ customers, markets and organisations.

Call for contributions – present your latest research at MRS’s 2019 Financial Services Research, Insight & Analysis conference

This year we plan to showcase the latest research that is fuelling developments in financial services, new projects that are harvesting and analysing consumers’ attitudes and behaviours and critical insights that are improving customer experience.

We are searching for contributions that:

  • Examine how new technologies are enhancing the FS customer experience – from data driven marketing and personalisation to robo advisors, mobile apps and mobile payments
  • Demonstrate robust research underpinning the launch of challenger brands and highlighting new mobile banking and FinTech opportunities
  • Showcase leading edge examples of how AI and ML are generating fast, big and accurate insight
  • Deliver new behavioural insights into different customer segments including HNWIs, vulnerable customers, millennials, BAME and LGBT
  • Focus on how best to build brand trust, engagement and loyalty in an increasingly competitive financial services marketplace
  • Examine consumer confidence in navigating financial services, planning and managing finances
  • Identify how to build consumer trust and adoption of blockchain and crytocurrencies
  • Explore organisational insight journeys that are leading to greater customer centricity

A quick note on our selection criteria:

With just 10 sessions available we give priority to client side presenters / co-presenters, new hot-off-the-press research and projects using pioneering research techniques.

Please send us a brief synopsis (approx. 200 words) for consideration by Friday 19 July to conference@mrs.org.uk.
