Organisations hold vast amounts of consumer and market intelligence, much of it siloed across separate projects and teams. Connecting these different perspectives yields a more complete and evolving understanding of customers and markets.

The Market Research Society

MRS’s first ever Integrated Insight Conference will demonstrate how organisations are bringing together fragmented consumer intelligence to uncover new insights, identify emerging opportunities and make better-informed decisions. We’re looking for practical, evidence-led stories of how organisations have integrated their intelligence and made better decisions as a result.

 Topics of interest include:

  • connecting siloed sources of customer intelligence for more complete understanding
  • extending organisational memory, re-using insight and building cumulative consumer intelligence
  • moving from one-off research projects to continuous consumer insight models
  • democratising access to insight to drive activation and improve decision-making
  • demonstrating measurable business impact through integrated insight
  • exploring how new technologies, thinking and business models are transforming the way organisations connect, share and activate intelligence
