Build a holistic understanding of customer behaviour, values and satisfaction with MR, CX and UX

MRS presents a new conference dedicated to bringing together three branches of insight generation to help organisations create the fullest picture of their customers and to ensure the voice of the customer is at the heart of all strategic decision making.

This new event will:

  • Examine how organisations are combining MR, CX and UX to create a complete view of customers
  • Showcase techniques and methodologies that are delivering exceptional insight into customer journeys, product and service experiences and customer interactions
  • Discuss how to bring MR, CX and UX silos together for a truly customer centric approach to ‘experience’
  • Identify transferable skills and expertise that are being harnessed in related insight led domains

We plan to explore a range of customer insight methodologies that are being used by brands to create engaging experiences. How do MR, CX and UX teams provide distinct but complementary customer understanding?

If you’d like to lead a session at our new Creating Insight-Led Experiences conference please send in your suggestions for a:

CASE STUDY (20mins) -  Share a research project in the MR, CX or UX domain which has delivered customer understanding and driven forward customer centric decision making.

NO SLIDES PANEL SESSIONS (30mins) - Convene and lead a panel discussion that will generate a stimulating debate around collaborative working and the similarities and differences in research aims across different insight led silos.

IN CONVERSATION WITH… (20mins) - Lead a one-to-one interview style session which brings together an agency and client for a topical conversation about a new project, a recent research challenge or a new approach that is being implemented.

CLIENT THOUGHT PIECE (20mins) - Senior client-side insight leaders are invited to share their views on the challenges and opportunities for taking a more holistic approach to generating and implementing customer insight across organisations.

A quick note on our selection criteria:

With just 10 sessions available we give priority to client-side presenters / co-presenters, new hot-off-the-press research and projects using pioneering research techniques.

MRS is committed to equal gender representation on the conference platform. MRS is also committed to achieving a target of a minimum of 15% of speakers to come from ethnically diverse backgrounds.

If you have a recent research project that you’d like to showcase or a conference session idea please submit a brief synopsis (approx. 200 words) for consideration by  Friday 23rd October to conference@mrs.org.uk.
