The MRS CEO Pledge is a series of commitments aimed at promoting and increasing diversity within the research sector. Twenty-five leaders have signed up since the initiative was launched two years ago and in this online panel session some of them will discuss what they have been able to achieve and how far they have come. They will also highlight the specific actions they have taken, providing a useful list of ideas to borrow and share helpful advice.
