A webinar presenting the results from the Global Research Business Network (GRBN) Global Trust Research 2024.

The GRBN partnered with national research associations from across the globe including MRS, to conduct the GRBN Global Trust survey. Opinium was GRBN’s UK data collection partner for this initiative.

The webinar will present the Trust results from Australia, Canada, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, the UK, and the USA, showing results from completed online surveys in February 2024.

The GRBN Global Trust Research 2024 results will show how trust in the UK research sector compares with other sectors, and for the first time assesses trust in AI and how this might affect research.

Debrah Harding, GRBN chair and managing director of MRS, commented,

“As researchers make increasing use of AI to streamline and enhance our work, we must be alive to the impacts this might have on the way we are perceived.”

The research results will be presented by GRBN’s Executive Director Andrew Cannon answering questions about the research and what it means for the UK sector.

Debrah Harding, MRS Managing Director and Chair of GRBN, will be facilitating the discussion and reflecting on the results from a UK perspective.

Zoe Rivlin from GRBN's UK data collection partner Opinium, will be presenting the UK results.  Zoe is a brand and comms specialist, has extensive experience in using the latest research techniques to help clients better understand their audiences, launch and position products, and optimise communications .  Zoe has worked on projects for a range of diverse clients, including McCain, Age UK and John Lewis.  Zoe is passionate about the Market Research industry and was a finalist for the MRS Young Researcher of the Year in 2023.
