This is a RAS webinar which is open to RAS accredited recruiters, RAS accredited organisations and anyone interested in the relevant GDPR and legal requirements for research recruitment.
Debrah Harding, MRS Managing Director, will provide an overview of participant rights as defined by GDPR, how to meet these rights and what to do when things go wrong.
The webinar will cover subject access rights, rights to be informed, rights to rectification and the step by step notification process if data is accidentally or unlawfully processed.
This event is ideal for anyone preparing for RAS accreditation or who is already RAS accredited. It is also a refresher for practitioners on the GDPR and legal requirements for research recruitment.
