The project was delivered to a great success. The service provided by Angharad and her team was brilliant. They delivered the project to timeline as agreed which had a large scope, and short deadlines. The best thing about working with ORS on this project was the flexibility. ORS surveyed our stakeholders to understand their relationship with us and how we may engage with them more effectively. They suggested improvements to the survey questions and the flow of the survey, and offered advice on GDPR requirements. They were reassuringly on hand during delivery and their ‘Results Portal” provided helpful real time information on completion rates.
