“We have used ORS to conduct our three-yearly independent residents’ satisfaction surveys on several occasions and I have always found them responsive, cost effective and reliable.  They take time at the outset of the project to understand what we are looking to achieve and to provide us with sound advice around benchmarking.  We always have ready access to a project manager who is contactable at all reasonable times and replies within a working day.  The project was completed on time and everything offered was delivered.” Hertsmere Borough Council

“ORS have been carrying out monthly customer satisfaction interviews, by telephone, on behalf of Moat since April 2018. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the interviews carried out; in particular we have found the interviewers to be polite, friendly and clear. Their ability to gain a good rapport with our customers and put them at ease has been instrumental in collecting useful data from a wide cross-section of our customers. Overall, our experience of working with ORS has been excellent and we recommend working with them.”

“ORS delivered an overseas Customer Perceptions Survey for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 2018.  They provided excellent expert, technical, logistical and design advice, and created a survey that was highly regarded throughout our overseas network - and valued by our partners across government here at home.  The ORS team were creative, punctual, responsive and highly professional.  Communication with their team was excellent throughout, and we felt that they delivered a quality product that fulfilled all our requirements.” Foreign & Commonwealth Office

We have worked with ORS for a number of years during which time they have provided a consistently excellent service. They have run a number of surveys on our behalf, including our suite of transactional surveys and our perception survey. ORS were always willing to work with us and receptive to the regular changes that we wanted to make to our survey programme. One of ORS’ main strengths is their academic background, we regularly sought the advice of ORS when it came to questionnaire design and advice around survey methodology. I would recommend ORS to anyone looking to run a survey programme.
The Hyde Group

The project was delivered to a great success. The service provided by Angharad and her team was brilliant. They delivered the project to timeline as agreed which had a large scope, and short deadlines. The best thing about working with ORS on this project was the flexibility. As an organization we have to correspond with larger public organisations and balance the needs of these organisations, which means the scope of the work can change quite quickly. [ORS] was able to change up quickly the output of the work at short notice and still meet the deadlines. constantly collaborating and communicating with us throughout the whole project to ensure they're work was meeting what we required. I will be recommending ORS in to across our organization for future work. It was a pleasure to work with [ORS] on this project. It was a tough project and just want to say a huge thank you!

“Opinion Research Services were responsible for analysing and reporting multiple strands of feedback received during the Improving Healthcare Together consultation. ORS delivered as per the project specification and was responsive to changing requirements as the programme progressed. In addition to completing the analysis and preparing a comprehensive consultations feedback report, they also drew on their experience of similar large-scale health consultations to offer advice and present research findings for both internal and external audiences, including at high-profile meetings in public.”
