From the outset ORS were the stand-out candidates to take over our Customer Satisfaction Survey programme. It was evident from their pitch that they quickly grasped the complexity and challenges of our business and customers and have proven to be flexible and agile when dealing with an ever-changing landscape. ORS have taken time to listen and have provided sound advice as to how we can better create actionable insights from research and have delivered quality standards throughout. Even in the early stages of the programme ORS have made huge efforts to understand us and delivered contextualised insights that are right for our internal audiences and stakeholders. On a personal level, I enjoy working with ORS and view them as colleagues rather than having a customer/supplier relationship. “The Value Proposition project was managed really well by the team at ORS with special mention for both Angharad who added real value and insight to the qualitative aspects of the project and Catherine who managed the quantitative side ensuring that the question set reflected the aims of the project and all quotas and sub quotas were met.
We are really happy with the report and everything looks good. Thank you for delivering such a great result for us that will go a long way to shaping Stonewater as an organisation in the future.” Stonewater

It has been a pleasure working with ORS on this project and the support they have provided to us in setting up our citizens panel has been extremely high quality. They understood our ambitions from the start of the project and worked with us scope and design the most appropriate recruitment programme. They managed and carried out the recruitment exercise expertly and expediently and their advice and guidance at each stage has added real tangible value to our project, from selecting the best methods to reach our target audience, to the careful wording of communications to maximise sign-ups. The support we have received from ORS has made a real difference in enabling us to successfully launch our citizens panel on time and on budget. Thank you again, I really mean it, you can’t put a price on the added value your advice and guidance has given us.  Cheshire West and Chester Council - Citizen Panel Recruitment

“ORS delivered an overseas Customer Perceptions Survey for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 2018.  They provided excellent expert, technical, logistical and design advice, and created a survey that was highly regarded throughout our overseas network - and valued by our partners across government here at home.  The ORS team were creative, punctual, responsive and highly professional.  Communication with their team was excellent throughout, and we felt that they delivered a quality product that fulfilled all our requirements.” Foreign & Commonwealth Office

The project was delivered to a great success. The service provided by Angharad and her team was brilliant. They delivered the project to timeline as agreed which had a large scope, and short deadlines. The best thing about working with ORS on this project was the flexibility. As an organization we have to correspond with larger public organisations and balance the needs of these organisations, which means the scope of the work can change quite quickly. [ORS] was able to change up quickly the output of the work at short notice and still meet the deadlines. constantly collaborating and communicating with us throughout the whole project to ensure they're work was meeting what we required. I will be recommending ORS in to across our organization for future work. It was a pleasure to work with [ORS] on this project. It was a tough project and just want to say a huge thank you!

ORS surveyed our stakeholders to understand their relationship with us and how we may engage with them more effectively. They suggested improvements to the survey questions and the flow of the survey, and offered advice on GDPR requirements. They were reassuringly on hand during delivery and their ‘Results Portal” provided helpful real time information on completion rates. ORS delivered all agreed material to a good standard and quickly turned around requested revisions. They were able to meet agreed timescales and were flexible about timing when asked. We found ORS a capable and reliable partner. Single Source Regulations Office (MOD)Stakeholder Survey

“Opinion Research Services were responsible for analysing and reporting multiple strands of feedback received during the Improving Healthcare Together consultation. ORS delivered as per the project specification and was responsive to changing requirements as the programme progressed. In addition to completing the analysis and preparing a comprehensive consultations feedback report, they also drew on their experience of similar large-scale health consultations to offer advice and present research findings for both internal and external audiences, including at high-profile meetings in public.”
