From my initial approach to ORS, to the final output, Kester and Karen have been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. This was a fairly complex survey with tight deadlines, and ORS managed our expectations and input into the survey design extremely well. ORS suggested an incentive to SMEs completing the survey online which was a win-win. A significant percentage of respondents completed the survey online, minimising the need for telephone-based surveys. The incentive was a charity donation for each online complete which was directly donated to our chosen charity of the year. This was an innovative approach and generated a lot of goodwill as well as a direct charity donation. I would have no hesitation in recommending ORS to deliver survey work for other organisations. Thank you. Development Bank of Wales - Business Survey (2024)

ORS completed a listening project for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire in 2024 to help our local suicide prevention work. From the point of tendering from the work, they demonstrated a really good understanding of our brief and remained responsive and flexible throughout the project, especially in relation to the length of time it took to build engagement and trust with people with lived experience. We found them easy to work with, very personable and professional. The quality of the work and the final report is of a very high standard with clear recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other organisations undertaking similar work.
Nottinghamshire ICS - Qualitative Research (2025)

At all times we felt that the project was in safe hands. Dan was an excellent project manager and was proactive in ensuring the survey was running well. ORS created a space that allowed for great collaboration, which lead to better outcomes as we received a higher number of completes than ever before. The survey is going to be used to have a deeper understanding of the lives of our residents, and what they want us to do as a Council. Senior staff and members have digested the survey and we are already developing a qualitative research project which will be a deep-dive into the survey findings and key drivers analysis on satisfaction with the Council that has been developed by ORS. London Borough of Newham - Residents' survey (2024)

Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service would like to formally express our appreciation for the service provided by ORS during the recent consultation process. We were highly satisfied with the professional approach demonstrated throughout the engagement. ORS ensured that the consultation process aligned with our legal responsibilities, providing a structured and well-managed framework that facilitated meaningful contributions from stakeholders. The consultation period was appropriately designed, allowing us to gather high-quality feedback while aligning with our internal timelines. Additionally, the facilitation of focus groups was particularly beneficial, enabling us to gain valuable insights from external stakeholders and ensuring a comprehensive consultation process. Overall, we were very pleased with the support provided by ORS and appreciate their commitment to delivering a thorough and effective consultation. Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service - Consultation (2025)

We appreciated the care, attentive and timely service, and in particular the high standard of reporting. This approach is very important as we pass all our market research reports on to Welsh Government who are the funder of our programme. Quality reporting demonstrates credibility with the data.
