Adam has spent the past decade working across marketing, digital, social and research for companies from seed-funded start-ups through to huge multi-national corporations. His role now is brand-side market research, in particular looking after brand strategy insight and research.
His job is to ensure that the customer is at the heart of every decision made, and to arm stakeholders with the research and insight that’s going to have a positive impact on the business. Adam is a trained journalist, so experienced in storytelling through words, data or insight, and market research feels like the perfect place to bring it all together. Adam also runs the social listening and social intelligence programme for the Group, covering all three BT Group brands.
