Advanced Analytics Network Symposium -
Multiple Source Analytics

Advanced Analytics Network Symposium -
Multiple Source Analytics

In a nutshell

Date

This event has taken place.

Overview

ADAN - the Advanced Analytics Network - aims to help identify, develop and disseminate research industry best practice in the general area of advanced analytics.

This covers established multivariate approaches such as conjoint and regression, through to more recently adopted techniques.

On Thursday 9th November 2017 ADAN will be holding its fourth symposium, (a 2 hour evening mini-conference). This event will focus on the emerging area of Multiple Source Analytics – the term we use to describe the process of combining of different data sources to create powerful predictive models. The themes of the three presentations are:

- Merging conjoint data with actual customer spend data to optimise impact of the client’s promotional budget (case study using example from retail sector)

- Modelling individual outlet performance through analysis of multiple parameters including, size, customer base, staffing levels and intensity of competition (case study from hospitality industry

- Reducing churn through modelling multiple touchpoint data in combination with transaction moment surveys (case study from telco sector)

Each paper will run for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes for a Q&A with the presenters. Our members are from a variety of backgrounds, so whilst the presentations will be focused on the analysis process, they will not be overly technical (i.e., we will avoid equations!) There will also be time for networking.

Price for non-members is £48 (£40 + VAT)
