To help leaders navigate change with confidence by strengthening their ability to communicate clearly, maintain focus and support teams effectively when priorities, technology and ways of working are evolving.

Change has always been part of the research and insights industry, but the pace and complexity of change now feels greater than ever. From evolving client expectations and changing ways of working to advances in AI and technology, leaders are increasingly expected to guide teams through situations where certainty is limited and direction is still evolving.

This practical and reflective workshop explores how leaders can build confidence, clarity and momentum during periods of change — even when they don’t yet have all the answers. Participants will explore how people typically respond to change, how assumptions and “story-making” can affect confidence and behaviour when communication is limited, and what leadership behaviours help teams stay engaged, focused and adaptable.

Drawing on practical tools and leadership insight, the session will help participants strengthen their ability to communicate honestly, maintain trust and support teams effectively during times of change and ambiguity.
