Build your confidence to lead teams effectively through uncertainty and organisational change.

Change is now a constant in the research and insights industry. Whether driven by evolving client needs, new technology and research methods, budget pressures or shifting business priorities, leaders today must navigate ambiguity while keeping their teams motivated, focused and connected. This practical workshop helps leaders understand how uncertainty affects people, how to communicate clearly when direction is still evolving, and how to maintain trust and engagement during times of transition.

Using tools such as the Change Curve and the Circle of Control, delegates will explore their own responses to uncertainty and learn strategies to stay grounded and make sound decisions. The session also explores how to support teams through change with empathy, clarity and confidence. Leaders will leave with practical techniques they can use immediately to improve their impact during periods of flux and foster a culture of resilience, openness and adaptability.
