Mark has worked in strategic insight for over twenty-five years and has supported many organisations, from start-ups to leading global businesses, advising them on a range of issues.

Mark is a Fellow of the MRS and part of the Delphi Group (the MRS think tank). He is passionate about EDI and is Chair of the MRS Inclusion Pledge Committee. He is a regular speaker at events and writes about important themes regularly.

Lee is an Insight Lead at the government agency UKHSA which exists to protect the public from external health threats. There, she combines market, social and behavioural research approaches to inform the UKHSA’s strategic and operational priorities.

She has a 20+ year career in market, social and policy research, having worked both on the client-side (including The Football Association and Which?) as well as on the agency side. Previously, she was a Director within Ipsos’ Social Research Unit.

Lee’s has a passion for developing effective insight teams, that are cohesive and inclusive. In 2025, she completed a leadership programme which resulted in a research project looking at psychological safety in the workplace – of which inclusion is a core building block. She is also a long-time trustee at the educational charity Social Research Association (SRA), where leads their EDI group. She is a happy member of the MRS EDI Council contributing to its working groups and is an active ally to the MRS purpose groups.

Lee is a proud ‘Chinese takeaway kid’ from the North-East, loves dancing to pop music in the kitchen with her children and watches the ‘Last of Us’ from behind a cushion.

Sam is the Head of Digital Analytics at Kantar UK. Previous to this he was CEO of Lifestream and Head of Client Strategy at Streetbees. His passion for the last several years has been on finding value and commercialising new data sources, as well as developing emerging talent in the industry.

Jane is responsible for the leadership of MRS. Jane was previously at HM Revenue & Customs where she developed and led the individual customer function and the behavioural evidence and insight unit.
Before moving to HMRC in 2006, she held senior roles in both public and private sector organisations including Shell, Unilever, the Department of Constitutional Affairs and the BBC, where she was responsible for the iconic 'Perfect Day' campaign which, as well as winning advertisement of the year, raised £2.5m for Children in Need.

Sinead is the Owner & Founder of Hasson Associates Recruitment who specialise in recruitment for the market research sector, she has recruited for the market research industry since 1996 and founded Hasson Associates in 2008. Passionate about equality in the workplace she is a strong advocate of creating work environments where people are fully supported, where they can bring their whole selves to work and thrive. She is passionate about career management and encourages people to regularly check that they are working in a place which support their values. A member of the MRS D&I&E Council and WiRe Exec she has mentored young researchers and takes every opportunity to promote better working environments for her clients.

Christine is a researcher, designer, and innovator specialising in disability and age-inclusion. She is the founder and Managing Director of Open Inclusion, a UK-based, globally active research agency. Open is a market leader in disability and age-informed market, social, design, and innovation research.
Open Inclusion works with leading commercial brands, government bodies, academic institutions, and third sector organisations supporting them by providing authentically inclusive, practical insights. Open has particular expertise in the intersection of disability and emerging technologies such as AI and XR, customer/user experience, transport, and inclusive brand communications.
Christine is a Fellow at the MRS, a Member of the MRS Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Council and the past Co-Chair of MRS Unlimited (the Market Research Society’s sector group for disability-inclusive research and researchers). She teaches disability-inclusive research as part of a doctoral course on AI for Digital Media Inclusion at the Institute for People-Centred AI, University of Surrey.

Annabelle is Co-Chair of the MRS Social Equity Group, is on the MRS Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Council and leads on Diversity for the ICG, the Insight Consultants Group.

Annabelle has always been interested in hearing and amplifying the voices of those who are seldom heard and often overlooked. She has spent much of her career conducting research with offenders in the community and in custody, young offenders, drug users, travellers, sex workers, troubled families, deprived families, etc. She is now honoured to be playing a part in driving inclusivity and diversity both in research practices and industry representation.

She started her career at the Child Poverty Action Group. She then spent 16 years at Ipsos MORI developing qualitative research at MORI, and heading up the Crime and Justice business area and Young People and Families. After two years at Royal Mail Annabelle set up AP Research, and specialises in research with the seldom heard, and communications research for brands which want to talk to and better understand consumers on the fringes.

Daniel is Commercial Director at Yonder Data Solutions who are a trusted fieldwork and data collection company and is an active member of the steering committee for MRS CORe who are a hub for all things concerning ethnic diversity with the industry. Daniel has over 18 years of experience in the research industry internationally having worked in cities such as Sydney, Beijing and back home here in London. The majority of Daniel’s career has been on the operational/panel/project management side and commercial side of businesses focussed on managing teams and delivering research to all sectors. Having lived and worked in different countries and cultures, Daniel is a strong advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion.

Danielle is a quantitative insight specialist, with a wealth of experience and expertise advising global brands spanning technology and media, utilities, FMCG and finance.

Prior to the Forge, Danielle was Head of Client Strategy at Relish, where she specialised in addressing strategic challenges, unlocking new growth verticals and commercially focused consultancy. Her strengths lie in communicating simple stories from complex data that inspire action.

Danielle is passionate about elevating our industry; being the Women in Research (WIRe) London lead, WIRe Advisory Board member, MRS Diversity, Inclusion and Equality lead and is often seen presenting, Chairing or judging at IIEX, ESOMAR or MRS conferences.

Danielle holds an MA in Geography, and an MSc in Environment, Society and Culture, both from the University of Edinburgh. Danielle also enjoys exploring wine, dystopian fiction and CrossFit, but usually not at the same time.

Sabrina Trinquetel (she/her) heads up UK sales at Measure Protocol, who provide the fastest access to unique behavioural data.

Over the past 10 years she's been instrumental in driving growth of new offers, including communities, strategic loyalty insights, and behavioural data.

Passionate about driving more inclusive, ethical and accurate research she is part of the MRS Pride steering committee, and uses the platform to amplify minority voices, build empathy and celebrate stores to enable industry wide change.

Sabrina has a strong desire to accelerate EDI across the industry and showcase its commercial benefits and consults with MR agencies to develop their EDI strategies in line with the CEO Inclusion Pledge.

Georgie White, CMRS, is a commercially-driven leader with deep expertise in customer, insight, data, and commercial strategy. As Director of Customer Insight at NatWest, she leads the transformation of insight capabilities to fuel business growth. Previously Chief Customer Officer at Holland & Barrett, Georgie has delivered strong commercial results and led high-performing teams across major brands including BT/EE, British Gas, Hive, Capital One, and Merrill Lynch.

She sits on the Market Research Society Board, chairs its Senior Client Council and is a member of the EDI council, and champions inclusive leadership, building teams that drive lasting value for customers and business.
