We will hear from Sabine Cronick, Ruth Noble and Anne Cunliffe from research agency 2CV. They have an acute interest and passion in wellbeing which is inspirational to hear and hopefully you will be left with action points to implement throughout all levels in your organisation. The webinar will include discussion around the points below and there will be time for a Q&A at the end

Bold Leadership

  • Leadership – ways to lead by example
  • Encouraging a culture of care

Empowerment throughout the organisation

  • Linking the physical, mental, and social wellbeing
  • Creating connections internally

We look forward to joining you there!

Sabine Cronick is the UK Managing Director at 2CV. She started at the company in 2008 as a Research Manager and has steadily worked her way up the ranks. She became MD only a few months prior to Covid starting, and as a result had a steep learning curve when it came to managing a company during a pandemic. During this time, it became evident to Sabine that wellbeing (both physical and mental) were important areas to keep talking about.. and they remain core parts of our approach to each year.

Anne Cunliffe is a Senior Consultant in 2CV’s Data Services team and has been with the company since 2009. She is also the Co-Chair for CORe (Colour of Research) and is passionate about driving positive change on diversity and inclusion within the industry, as well as within 2CV where she is a Mental Health Champion whilst also being on the Wellness team.

Ruth is a Group Research Director who joined 2CV in 2011 and now heads up Quant research within the Life & Style practice. As a mum of 2 primary aged kids, like many other working parents she experiences the challenges associated with juggling working and non-working life and is passionate about promoting wellbeing within the organisation. A Mental Health Champion, she also sits on 2CV’s Wellness team, accountable for planning and execution of wellbeing initiatives across the business.
