Our Financial Services Research conference is back to being live and in-person. This year’s event will deliver a deeper understanding of changing financial attitudes and behaviours in response to the biggest cost of living crisis for a generation.

We’ll shine a light on how consumer confidence, spending, planning and saving is being affected by the downturn and how UK businesses are responding to financial pressures resulting from rising prices, fluctuating financial markets and supply chain challenges. In addition, we’ll showcase new consumer and B2B research that is helping providers adapt their strategy, communications and propositions so they continue to support customers well.

If you’d like to participate, we’re interested in content focusing on:

  • Customer attitudes towards spending, debt and saving and their trust in financial providers
  • Innovation in proposition development, service delivery and channel strategy
  • Building customer-centric companies based on voice of the consumer research
  • Striving for exceptional customer experience
  • Measuring and optimising brand communications (satisfaction, image and reputation)
  • Improving customer engagement and communications
  • Examining Fintech opportunities and consumers’ appetite for innovative digital services
  • Deep dives into specific customer segments (specifically vulnerable customers)
  • B2B research focusing on employee satisfaction, internal communications, diversity & inclusion and organisational optimisation

We want to include dynamic and engaging sessions and brand-new, unseen content. If you have new research to share, please send in a submission for a:

  • CASE STUDY (30mins) –Agency / client joint presentation of a recent research project. Please highlight the remarkable elements of your case study.
  • NO SLIDES PANEL SESSIONS (30mins) - Convene and lead a panel discussion on a broad research challenge that all delegates can relate to.
  • IN CONVERSATION WITH… (30mins) - Lead a one-to-one interview style session which brings together an agency and client to discuss how they’ve embedded insight in their organisation or met a specific research challenge.

A quick note on our selection criteria:

With just 10 sessions available we give priority to client-side presenters / co-presenters, new hot-off-the-press research and projects using pioneering research techniques.
