Our Financial Services Research conference is back to being live and in-person. This year’s event will deliver a deeper understanding of changing financial attitudes and behaviours in response to the biggest cost of living crisis for a generation.
We’ll shine a light on how consumer confidence, spending, planning and saving is being affected by the downturn and how UK businesses are responding to financial pressures resulting from rising prices, fluctuating financial markets and supply chain challenges. In addition, we’ll showcase new consumer and B2B research that is helping providers adapt their strategy, communications and propositions so they continue to support customers well.

With just 10 sessions available we give priority to client-side presenters / co-presenters, new hot-off-the-press research and projects using pioneering research techniques.
