24 October

"Nothing ever becomes real 'til it is experienced.”

John Keats

With only a short time until the second Creativity Lab, tickets are going fast. And there’s little surprise. Our first event proved to be a real winner among delegates hungry for participation, networking and inspiration.

On 24 October the Creativity Lab will welcome five outstanding speakers who excel at clear, compelling and imaginative storytelling. They’ll teach you what they know in an afternoon of experiment and danger.

If you want to better understand the mechanics and magic of story, you won’t want to miss this event. What you will learn will help take your debriefs, conversations and strategies to the next level. It’s an event for anyone who wants to persuade and engage.

You'll meet:

  • the award-winning journalist who now helps companies such as National Grid, DMGT and Kering tell their stories to the world.
  • the hard-hitting author who seeks out and destroys corporate jargon
  • the corporate storyteller whose work has helped steer narrative at Coca-Cola, Hilton Hotels, Lloyds TSB and the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas
  • the performer who held 1,500 people rapt at Shakespeare's Globe and the first storyteller to perform tales for the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden
  • and a special guest who will offer you an insight into dramatic storytelling

MRS Creativity Labs
will, in an atmosphere of experiment, sharing, interaction and inspiration, boost creative muscle in the commercial application of research.

It’s time to leave your safety zone and join MRS as we unleash the power of the Creativity Labs, a series of events designed to offer you first-hand experience of some of the most daring, effective and illuminating practices that are feeding into some of the best research work.

You’ll network, play, discuss, learn, argue and be part of a movement that is committed to bringing a new level of creativity to work. It doesn’t matter if you’re qual or quant, agency or client, junior or senior – the future demands adaptable, creative researchers. This event is designed to satisfy that demand.
