The research profession is home to some astonishing young talent, and this year, MRS are giving young researchers the opportunity to present at the sector’s leading event, Impact 2020.
Members of &more will be taking to the stage on Day 2 (11th March), to present their visions for the future of insight at a 40-minute lunchtime session
The format will be a ‘PechaKucha-style’ Ideas Dash. A PechaKucha is a storytelling format where a presenter takes the stage to show 20 slides in succession, giving commentary for each slide. Sounds fast-paced? Our Ideas Dash is even faster, allowing 12 seconds per slide.
This session will be interactive, with delegates having access to our voting software so you can select the best ‘dash’ of the day. Your vote counts – the winner will have the opportunity to write an article about their vision of the future for Research Live, and of course take home the Ideas Dash Award 2020.
To top it all off…
This session is free for all &more members to attend, and you will be invited to stay until Day 2 closes. You can attend afternoon sessions for free, including Headline Speaker Bernardine Evaristo. Details of afternoon sessions can be found here
This event is for &more members only. &more is the MRS network for those under 30 or with less than 5 years in the research industry. You can join &more here.
