MRS AGM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SIXTY-SIXTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the MRS Members of The Market Research Society (“the Society”) will take place virtually at 5pm on Tuesday 29th September.

The MRS Main Board has been reviewing the Society’s constitution, the MRS Articles of Association, and informed by discussions with key stakeholders the Main Board wishes to amend the Articles in a number of areas to reflect the organisation we want MRS to be and how we undertake our activities. There is a Special Resolution at the AGM to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the resolution which will be proposed THAT with effect from the conclusion of the meeting the draft articles of association produced to the meeting be adopted as the articles of association of The Market Research Society in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, The Market Research Society’s existing articles of association.
