An interactive discussion based webinar on how to improve wellbeing and agency culture to attract and retain more talent.

Over late 2021 and early 2022 Daughters of Sailors and Vela carried out a piece of research for the MRS looking into the talent shortages in the research and insight sector.

The findings have now been published here and in early summer we ran a workshop to start developing ideas for how the sector, led by MRS, might respond.
