Right now it feels like too many people are working under a lot of pressure.

We are hearing lots of conversations across the sector on:

  • Teams not having enough resource and struggling to recruit
  • Individuals struggling with workloads leading to stress and burnout
  • Companies still feeling their way around remote & hybrid and not being able to give people the support they need
  • The pandemic continuing to take its toll on people’s mental and physical health

We recognise that there is a lot going on, and that our people are suffering. It’s important for all of us that we start to address some of the underlying issues, hear what’s on people’s minds and offer some suggestions for how to tackle the challenges people are facing.

We are bringing together a panel of people with different perspectives on these challenges, to both share their experiences and expertise, as well as to respond to your questions and observations.

This webinar will be a chance to listen and share and we hope will open up further conversations within your teams and put forward ways we can all continue to support each other.
